I cannot even dream of any tax increases for anyone in this country. Most Americans cannot deal with rising prices at the market and soaring household budget escalations. The windfall profit tax now skates away. Layoffs are hitting workers and executives rapid fire all over the nation. People are frightened. If a family loses a combination of jobs and health insurance they may advance into a shelter of hobos. I think much of our economic woes could be solved if we drill and drill until the cows come home. We would eventually be energy independent unlike the hypothetical research green power theories and alternative method conjecture like analysis that are fine but at least half of Americans will be somewhere else by the time we figure that one out. Buyers are already laying back on alternative cars because they have found out with a pencil and paper figuring out that considering parts that must be changed at certain intervals, you are not saving anything. Anybody that thinks that gas prices especially with proposed taxes piled on will never go up is in a dreamland. If we go up to $4.00 again, think about a Depression with all the other economic issues attached. Mr. Obama has a long road to hoe.
