We are in agreement that the nuclear summit was essentially a verbal agreement which of of course is not binding.In addition many in diplomatic circles when referring to certain countries will tell you that even if signed contracts exist there is often no civil court to go to after the fact.Two crucial protagonists were not present for the meeting If you listened carefully to the back and forth between Obama and Sarah Palin the other day although Obama's reply is something I cannot quote verbatim, he did make a reference as to having been advised or possibly having access to military and defense advisers which he indicated to be more helpful than Ms, Palin. I would just like to throw up a trial balloon and express simply my wonderment as to why these high level advisers would ever endorse these arguments. Jay R,,,,
